But if you have to call these people Good Luck!! I sat on hold for 55 minutes which put me after their closing time and instead of coming on to tell me to call back or acknowledge in any way that I had been on hold...I suddenly noticed I was no longer getting recorded updates with my caller number which by the way was # 2 for the first 32 minutes then went to caller # 1 for another 24 minutes.... when I realized they were no longer updating.....I left the recorded music running on the phone and emailed while continuing to wait to just see...another 15 minutes later I finally hung up!
